The Council is a six-month sacred circle for entrepreneurs, creatives, and change-makers who are ready to build toward meaningful work and life — without burnout, fragmentation, or self-abandonment. How The Council Works:

Expansion requires capacity. Inside The Council, we build your capacity by working with 3 layers simultaneously: Sacred ceremony; structural career & life architecture; and identity calibration.

In most divine feminine circles, growth comes from a process of willingly stepping to the threshold of your next season, then descending into the shadows. In the shadows, you are held by your community. Once you’re ready, you remember — put the pieces back together in a new way — and re-emerge. What you emerge with becomes your embodied leadership, which you’re then able to take into your community to teach. This process repeats over and over again.

In The Council, we purposefully descend, then remember. In that remembering, your identity shifts. In your re-emergence, your architecture shifts. And within that spiral, you learn to trust that with each ebb, there is always a flow.

We also marry practical outcomes with this divine feminine process. You’ll leave with:

Meaning: A whole new way of thinking about how your serve people. If you own a business, we’ll map this onto your services, offers and marketing systems — making sure they’re aligned for this season and pointed in a sustainable direction that invites clients in on a regular basis. If you do not own a business, we’ll map this based on your career growth and personal brand, to help you step onto stages, write that book, launch the podcast and/ or share your voice. All of this is build to be knit into your own life with ease, not force.

Realigned branding & positioning statements.

We pair your gene keys, human design, energetic processes and creative expression with your values so you can own your identity online and on stage. This includes knowing why you're doing this work right now, what makes you the right fit for that work, what the movement you're building invites people into, and how to talk about that transformative work with clarity. Your new positioning usually results in website rewrites, LinkedIn bio overhauls, and sometimes a full rebrand.

A supportive group of high-competency friends who sees you fully.

Most Council members will launch one, if not many, things during our time together. This is where we get outlandishly playful and creative — and where you’ll set up cross promotions with your cohort to spread the word far and wide! The Council also becomes it’s own economy, with ample opportunities to trade services or help one another build in both large and small ways. This model of collective growth is the most special part of the program and will profoundly change how you receive support.

A strategic road map for the next 6 months.

At the end of our time together, we’ll combine your new identity statements, your capacity, your astrology, the seasons, your travel, your launch plans, and your growth edges to create a 6-month plan that includes content focus areas, programs launched in right timing, and rest time for you. When you walk out, you'll know where you're going next. Clear eyed, confident, can’t lose.

A resourcing (revenue) plan that CREATES MARGIN.

As you build a world, you need a plan to resource that vision. Walking out of The Council, you’ll understand what enough looks like (the essentials!) and you’ll create a plan for expansion. If you run a business, you’ll set up projected revenue sheets and clear financial goals. If you’re working in a full-time job, you’ll map side projects or ask for that raise, finally. Everyone will create new ways of thinking about money that feel supportive rather than avoidant. And as always, we'll do that interrogation together, so your nervous system doesn't collapse.

The Six-Month Expansion Arc

The Council is not a course. It’s not a business coaching program. It’s a 6-month recalibration of how you lead, build and hold power. It’s a portal for clarity. It’s a remembering.

While each cohort moves through a clear curriculum arc, please note that this is a living container designed to evolve along with the specific cohort you’re in.

Month 1:

Rooted Foundations

Before expansion, we stabilize. We clarify your vision, audit your current career ecosystem, and establish the relational agreements that make this circle powerful.

This is where we separate what’s aligned from what’s inherited or laced with “supposed to.”

You’ll leave this phase with:

  • A set of agreements with your council cohort that create real psychological safety

  • An understanding of the season you’re in, with values and priorities mapped out

  • A clarified vision for the world you’re building

  • An energetic map that describes how you’re meant to serve the world, using gene keys and human design

  • A plan for your Council experience, marrying ceremony and strategy

Month 2:

Regulated Wealth

Movements require resourcing. This month, we’ll make a plan for funding your world by untangling money shame, scarcity reflexes and inherited financial narratives — and then building real systems that support expansion.

We treat wealth as both math and nervous system work.

You’ll leave this phase with:

  • A resourcing plan (business model, family model and aligned financial approach) for the next phase of your work

  • A calibrated relationship to money, leaving behind (but honoring) any lineage-designed safety mechanisms that no longer stand

  • Financial goals rooted in your values, not ego or fear

Month 3:

Magnetic Voice

This month, we study visibility without self-abandonment. We refine your message, positioning and resonance. We practice being seen within this safe circle before expanding outward.

This is where leadership presence stabilizes.

You’ll leave this phase with:

  • A clarified point of view that matches who you’re becoming

  • Messaging that feels like truth, not performance

  • Positioning you can take with you into the next era

  • A visibility experiment aligned with your energy

Month 4:

Sustainable Pacing

Expansion only works if your body can hold it, which is why we spend a lot of time studying your energetic design, capacity cycles and creative rhythms. Then we build your business architecture and vision around these unique-to-you strategies.

You’ll leave this phase with:

  • A personalized capacity map

  • Identity anchors that support long-term leadership

  • A nervous system toolkit designed to help you handle the discomfort of growth

Month 5:

Intuitive Authority

Strategy is sexy. But self-trust is where true power comes from. During month 5, we deepen your relationship to your own inner guidance, integrating ritual, reflection and decision-making practices that strengthen internal leadership.

You’ll leave this phase with:

  • A personalized cosmology map that highlights what you believe

  • A grounded intuitive practice/ way of connecting to your inner power

  • A framework for making aligned decisions

  • Increased trust in your own timing and knowing

Month 6:

Legacy & Movement Creation

In our final month together, we zoom out. What are you actually here to build? What ancestral patterns end with you? Where are you headed next?

This phase integrates everything — wealth, voice, pacing, strategy and intuition — into your cohesive leadership identity.

You’ll leave with:

  • A resonant mission statement

  • A map of your family lineage and where it points you

  • A 6-12 month strategic plan

  • A body that knows it can hold what comes next
