By this, we mean a whole new way of thinking about how people move through your work, with services and/ or offers that work together in concert. We'll sketch this out together, audit your offers, create new ones, and make sure the growth pathways between each are clean and clear.

Every Council member walks out with clear action steps to take weekly and monthly, to get their work in front of more people. But those results will look different for each of person. We pair your gene keys, human design, energetic processes and creative expression with your values and your audience's needs/ habits to come up with this all-yours marketing recipe.

Realigned branding & positioning statements.

We spend a lot of time on your identity, then we combine that identity work with how you're going to talk about yourself online. This includes knowing why you're doing this work right now, what makes you the right fit for that work, what the movement you're building invites people into, and how to talk about that transformative work with clarity. Your new positioning usually results in website rewrites, LinkedIn bio overhauls, and sometimes a full rebrand.

Launch strategy support that feels edgy but expansive.

Most Council members will launch one, if not many, things during our time together. Your supporting coach will help you manage your energy while Jenni will help you develop a super innovative way of launching the products or offers in your pipeline. This is where we get outlandishly playful and creative.

A strategic road map for the next 6 months.

We combine your new identity statements, your capacity, your astrology, the seasons, your travel, your launch plans, and your growth edges to create a 6-month plan that includes content focus areas, programs launched in right timing, and rest time for you. When you walk out, you'll know where you're going next. Clear eyed, confident, can’t lose.

A resourcing (revenue) plan that CREATES MARGIN.

You need projected revenue sheets, rates sheets and a clear view of how much you need to earn to ignite this movement. You need to know where you're undercharging, and which offers you have right now are missing the resourcing mark. We'll do that interrogation together, so your nervous system doesn't collapse.

This is an intimate container (8-10 members) with structured touch points and deep access.

One 60-minute kick off call during months 1-2, plus monthly audits to get Jenni’s eyes on your strategy, content, mindset and progress


WEEKLY Calls:

One group learning session with Jenni at the outset of each month, plus 2 facilitated integration and activation calls with your supporting coach, and one open coaching call with Jenni to wrap up the month’s theme.

Council cohorts quickly become intimate economies. You’ll swap services, help each other build, launch together, and share your growth edges as they come up. Our private group space in Circle is lively, and includes support from Jenni and your supporting coach, as well as your Council members.

Council members get access to any World Builders intensives offered during their tenure; Jenni’s private Channel on Voxer; as well as weekly visualizations, tune ups, worksheets, templates and beyond. Your monthly deliverables (positioning docs, resourcing plans, and beyond) are typically co-created by you, Jenni and your supporting coach.

The Six-Month Expansion Arc

The Council is not a course. It’s a 6-month recalibration of how you lead, build and hold power.

While each cohort moves through a clear arc, there is not a rigid curriculum. This is a living container designed to meet you at the edge of your next foundation and meant to strengthen your ability to hold wealth, visibility, leadership and impact without self-abandonment.

Month 1:

Rooted Foundations

Before expansion, we stabilize. We clarify your vision, audit your current business ecosystem, and establish the relational agreements that make this circle powerful.

This is where we separate what’s aligned from what’s inherited or laced with “supposed to.”

You’ll leave this phase with:

  • A set of agreements with your council cohort that create real psychological safety

  • A clarified vision for what you’re building

  • A clear set of “keep, drop or adapt” actions related to your business direction

  • An energetic map that describes how you’re meant to serve the world, using gene keys and human design

Month 2:

Regulated Wealth

Movements require resourcing. This month, we untangle money shame, scarcity reflexes and inherited financial narratives — while building real systems that support expansion.

We treat wealth as both math and nervous system.

You’ll leave this phase with:

  • A calibrated relationship to money

  • A clear pricing and resourcing strategy

  • A refined business ecosystem, with offers that dance together beautifully

  • Financial goals rooted in your values, not ego or fear

Month 3:

Magnetic Voice

This month, we study visibility without self-abandonment. We refine your message, positioning and resonance. We practice being seen within this safe circle before expanding outward.

This is where leadership presence stabilizes.

Month 4:

Sustainable Pacing

Expansion only works if your body can hold it, which is why we spend a lot of time studying your energetic design, capacity cycles and creative rhythms. Then we build your business architecture and vision around these unique-to-you strategies.

  • A personalized capacity map

  • Seasonal strategies for launching

  • Identity anchors that support long-term leadership

  • A nervous system toolkit designed to help you handle the discomfort of growth

Month 5:

Intuitive Authority

Strategy is sexy. But self-trust is where true power comes from. During month 5, we deepen your relationship to your own inner guidance, integrating ritual, reflection and decision-making practices that strengthen internal leadership..

  • A framework for making aligned decisions

  • Increased trust in your own timing and knowing

Month 6:

Legacy & Movement Creation

In our final month together, we zoom out. What are you actually here to build? What ancestral patterns end with you? Where are you headed next?

This phase integrates everything — wealth, voice, pacing, strategy and intuition — into your cohesive leadership identity.

You’ll leave with:

  • A 6-12 month strategic plan

  • A body that knows it can hold what comes next

    We will lean as much into energetics and intuitive knowing, as we will into practical, strategic building. The both-and is where the magic lives. You’ll also be able to engage as much as you’d like in the spiritual growth side of this journey; you are always the leader of your own trajectory. 

    Note that there is no specific religious affiliation in this program, and we are careful to avoid dogma; whatever you consider to be a “source” beyond yourself (or within yourself) is where you’ll tap in.

    The Council is $850/ month, for 6 months. You may pay in full up front, or in monthly increments.

    Note: This is the 2026 price point. In 2027, the Councils will be $1000/ month. All 2026 members will be grandmothered into their founding rates long-term.

  • No — but you do need to be building a body of work or movement of some kind. We have many members in the cohorts who have full-time jobs, but are building teaching, speaking and writing careers on the side.
