World Builders was founded by Jenni Gritters in 2026 with the explicit purpose of igniting self-leadership in every single student. Once individuals feel safe within themselves, they are able to stand fully in their power, ask for the support they need, and liberate everyone around them.
Jenni has been a certified coach, agency owner, podcast host, conference planner, journalist, community builder and content marketer during her career — and all of those threads braided together, combined with her psychic ability, form the ecosystem that is World Builders.
