Reciprocity is good business sense. We rise when we let ourselves be held, and when we hold others with genuine care. Resource overflow comes from shared opportunity, over hoarding. We assume goodwill until proven otherwise.
There’s a season for everything

World Builders was founded by Jenni Gritters in January 2026 with the explicit purpose of igniting self-leadership and actual internalized safety in every single member. Because when creatives drop out of survival mode, they are able to stand fully in their expression, ask for the support they need, and liberate everyone around them.
Jenni has been a certified coach, agency owner, podcast host, conference planner, journalist, community builder and content marketer for many years — and all of those threads braided together, combined with her psychic ability, form the ecosystem that is World Builders.
