Our team counts ourselves among these neurodivergent, creative beings. We believe in regenerative wealth, nervous-system-safe visibility, and structures that honor the human over the hustle – and we do our very best to practice what we preach. As we build this vision from the ground up, we constantly turn ourselves towards a future where creative leadership and embodied care changes how society works for the better.

Jenni Gritters

CEO & Lead Visionary

Jenni is an intuitive strategist, speaker and author who helps creatives grow their impact without losing themselves. She blends strategy with soul, business with humanity, and leadership with intuition. Her work supports people in moving from survival-mode into courageous expansion, powerful creativity, sustainable success, aligned visibility, and a relationship with wealth that actually feels ethical and empowered.

Jenni spent a decade working as a journalist, and has founded/ co-founded five businesses since 2018, driving millions in revenue. She is the author of The Sustainable Solopreneur, has hosted and co-hosted several popular podcasts, and often gives keynote talks and workshops. Her coaching work has impacted over 1,000 creatives and entrepreneurs to date.

Andrea is the founder and systems strategist behind Type C Creative, and the mastermind behind all of the systems and processes you find yourself held by in World Builders. She’s an unapologetically atypical human who works with neurodivergent, queer, and creative solopreneurs who are ready to find simpler, more compassionate and intuitive ways of running their business. If you feel misaligned with the “normal” way of doing business, Andrea’s rebellious, grounded, intentional work is for you.
