The World Builders ecosystem is built for those of us who are done pretzeling ourselves to fit systems that were never designed for the way our brains and bodies function. Our team counts ourselves among these neurodivergent, intuitive, creative, “color outside the lines” beings.
We believe in regenerative wealth, nervous-system-safe visibility, and structures that honor the human over the hustle – and we do our very best to practice what we preach. As we build this vision from the ground up, we constantly turn ourselves towards a future where creative leadership and embodied care change how society works for the better.
Jenni Gritters
Jenni is an intuitive strategist, speaker and author who helps creatives grow their impact without losing themselves. She blends strategy with soul, business with humanity, and leadership with intuition. Her work supports people in moving from survival-mode into courageous expansion, powerful creativity, sustainable success, aligned visibility, and a relationship with wealth that actually feels ethical and empowered.
Jenni spent a decade working as a journalist, and has founded/ co-founded five businesses since 2018, driving millions in revenue. She is the author of The Sustainable Solopreneur, has hosted and co-hosted several popular podcasts, and often gives keynote talks and workshops. Her coaching work has impacted over 1,000 creatives and entrepreneurs to date.
Jenni specializes in teaching about money, visibility, unique-to-you architecture, and how to center your creativity and intuition in a world that tells you that’s not practical.

Andrea Reeves
Andrea is the founder and systems strategist behind Type C Creative, and the mastermind behind all of the systems and processes you find yourself held by in World Builders. She’s an unapologetically atypical human who works with neurodivergent, queer, and creative solopreneurs who are ready to find simpler, more compassionate and intuitive ways of running their business. If you feel misaligned with the “normal” way of doing business, Andrea’s rebellious, grounded, intentional work is for you.

Annie Cattabriga-Alosa
Annie Cattabriga-Alosa is the founder of Soulwise Guidance, and a supporting coach for The Council program. She’s a threshold teacher, psychic medium, oracle card reader, ceremonialist, artist, dancer and leader of intentional gatherings. Annie is passionate about helping you step into the person you’re becoming using sacred ceremony, ritual and meaning-making. She loves to help you unlock your own intuitive abilities and typically offers intuitive readings monthly for the councils she facilitates.

Dr. Alaina Puff
Dr. Alaina Puff is an intuitive business coach and the founder of Flow State Coaching & Consulting. In the World Builders’ ecosystem, Alaina guides & mentors Council members as a supporting coach. She holds a PhD in psychology and is dedicated to helping ambitious humans who look like they have it all together on the outside, finally feel it on the inside.
Alaina's clients come to her burned out and disconnected and leave with the tools, identity, and inner authority to build businesses and lives that actually feel as good as they look. Her work centers on five pillars she believes every legacy builder needs:
