The World Builders ecosystem is built for those of us who are done pretzeling ourselves to fit systems that were never designed for the way our brains and bodies function. Our team counts ourselves among these neurodivergent, intuitive, creative, “color outside the lines” beings.

We believe in regenerative wealth, nervous-system-safe visibility, and structures that honor the human over the hustle – and we do our very best to practice what we preach. As we build this vision from the ground up, we constantly turn ourselves towards a future where creative leadership and embodied care change how society works for the better.

  • Jenni Gritters

    FOUNDER & CHIEF VISIONARY

    Jenni is an intuitive strategist, speaker and author who helps creatives grow their impact without losing themselves. She blends strategy with soul, business with humanity, and leadership with intuition. Her work supports people in moving from survival mode into courageous expansion, powerful creativity, sustainable success, aligned visibility, and a relationship with wealth that actually feels ethical and empowered.

    Jenni spent a decade working as a journalist, and has founded/ co-founded five businesses since 2018, driving millions in revenue. She is the author of The Sustainable Solopreneur, has hosted and co-hosted several popular podcasts, and often gives keynote talks and workshops. Her coaching work has impacted over 1,000 creatives and entrepreneurs to date.

    Jenni specializes in teaching about money, visibility, unique-to-you architecture, and how to center your creativity and intuition in a world that tells you that’s not practical.

  • Andrea Reeves

    ECOSYSTEM ARCHITECT

    Andrea is the founder and systems strategist behind Type C Creative, and the mastermind behind all of the systems and processes you find yourself held by in World Builders. She’s an unapologetically atypical human who works with neurodivergent, queer, and creative solopreneurs who are ready to find simpler, more compassionate and intuitive ways of running their business. If you feel misaligned with the “normal” way of doing business, Andrea’s rebellious, grounded, intentional work is for you.

    In the World Builders ecosystem, Andrea acts as “back of house,” making sure systems and workflows run smoothly, helping with tech questions, and providing the visionary infrastructure required to bring thousands of neurodivergent humans together in one place.

  • Jessi Stafford

    COMMUNITY STEWARD

    Jessi is a content strategist and community builder with 15+ years in digital media. She has spent her career at the intersection of editorial intelligence and human-centered systems, helping creators understand not just what to make, but why it works and how to keep from running themselves into the ground.

    As the founder of Jessi Stafford Consulting, she brings that same media company thinking into community spaces, creating the conditions for people to connect and create with intention. She believes creativity and capacity are intrinsically linked. And the best communities, like the best content, are built around that truth. 

    In the World Builders ecosystem, Jessi works “front of house” in The Collective to ensure people feel connected, seen, and like they genuinely belong here.

  • Dr. Alaina Puff

    SUPPORTING COACH

    Alaina is an intuitive business coach and the founder of Flow State Coaching & Consulting. She holds a PhD in psychology and is dedicated to helping ambitious humans who look like they have it all together on the outside, finally feel it on the inside. 

    Alaina's clients come to her burned out and disconnected and leave with the tools, identity, and inner authority to build businesses and lives that actually feel as good as they look. Her work centers on five pillars she believes every legacy builder needs:

  • Annie Cattabriga-Alosa

    INTUITIVE GUIDE

    Annie Cattabriga-Alosa is a threshold teacher, psychic medium, oracle card reader, ceremonialist, artist, dancer and leader of intentional gatherings. Annie is passionate about helping you step into the person you’re becoming using sacred ceremony, ritual and meaning-making.

    Within the World Builders ecosystem, Annie supports Council members with intuitive guidance and artistic permission slips.

  • Lindsay MacMillan

    LEAD COACH & EXPERIENCE CREATOR

    Lindsay is a USA TODAY bestselling novelist of five books (fiction and poetry), a keynote and four-time TEDx speaker, and a creative entrepreneur. She left her job at Goldman Sachs 4 years ago to reinvent her career, and now helps others unlock their creative potential across career, life and bringing new bodies of work into the world.

    Lindsay is the co-host of The World Builders podcast, a lead coach in World Builders alumni councils, and facilitates events (retreats, summits and salons) all over the world.

We give deep gratitude to the teachers who’s lineage of work has wildly impacted this space, including David Bedrick, Gabor Mate, Kristen Neff, Amber Lilyestrom, Simone Grace Seol, Camille Craft, Annie Cattabriga-Alosa, Damon Brown and the incredible facilitators at the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching. World Builders calls on the teachings of many disciplines within our programs, including IFS, EMDR, CBT, Energy Leadership, Vedic Philosophy, Neuroscience, ICF core principles, trauma-informed coaching, Tantra, and Kundalini, among others.
