Our Approach
The World Builders is a council-first ecosystem for creatives, founders and leaders who are here to do things differently, built on the foundations of accessibility, futurism, equitable wealth distribution and collective thinking.
Who would we be if we didn’t practice what we preach?
World Builders was founded with the explicit purpose of igniting self-leadership within every single student. Once individuals feel safe within themselves, they are able to stand fully in their power, ask for the support they need, and liberate everyone around them.
Here, we’re building a world that focuses on several core elements:
Accessibility: In addition to offering scholarships for BIPOC individuals, our programs run the spectrum on pricing to promote accessibility for all groups. In this community, information is also widely accessible; there is no unnecessary gate keeping of learnings, tools or innovative ideas.
Futurism: Our team makes a practice of asking “why” at every turn, ensuring that we build our systems and programming based on the very human needs of our community rather than taking “best practices” from the industry by default. We are always learning and evolving, as we hope you will within the community, too. And we welcome well-intentioned feedback as a tool for our organization’s evolution.
Equitable wealth distribution: We optimize for shared value rather than profits alone. This means that every team member at World Builders is paid equitably, we donate at least 2% of earnings each quarter to organizations supporting creatives, and we are constantly thinking deeply about how to steward our resources in a way that benefits the community as a whole. When our team is well resourced, we can provide more value to you, which allows you to better resource yourself and your community.
Collective thinking: Rather than operate as a hierarchy, each member of the World Builders team owns her domain, stepping into self-leadership and collaborating with others to inspire their leadership, too. Collective leadership allows all people within the community to have a role to play, and supports stronger ideation outside of the status quo.
Building a human-centered organization in a capitalistic society is not an easy undertaking, but we are committed to leading by example, holding our personal power as central to the movement, treating one another with kindness, never prioritizing dollars over human lives, questioning productivity culture at every turn, and centering strong accountability.
And so it is.
Jenni Gritters founded World Builders in 2026 with the explicit vision of evolving her work into a larger movement that would expand the bounds of what’s possible for our children and fellow creatives.
Jenni has been a certified coach since 2020, and spent the first decade of her career as a journalist. For years, she worked with freelancers, then solopreneurs, then creatives, then leaders – always focused on building businesses, creative projects and ways of being that didn’t extract from well-being
In the process, she woke up to her own intuitive abilities, began to understand the impact of subconscious beliefs on her own actions, and finally learned how to build safety within herself rather than relying on being liked or hitting certain revenue numbers as a measure of success.
This personal journey, which coincided with her journey to become a mother, trickled down into her teachings. After several years working as an independent coach with a long waitlist, she started to dream about what might be possible if she said yes to expansive growth that would bring these teachings to more people. In 2025, the idea for World Builders was finally fully baked.
Jenni has run five businesses, many of which have community components in addition to coaching. She’s driven millions in revenue from these businesses since 2018. She’s also an author of The Sustainable Solopreneur, a well-known writer in the online space, and an intuitive oracle who often sees an individual’s highest potential before they even know how to say yes to their future. She frequently offers keynotes and workshops for entrepreneurs and creatives in evolving industries, teaching them how to step into sustainability.
All of Jenni’s personal milestones trickled down into the business you see today: A safe home for people with explosive creative brains – those perfectly designed and primed to build the new ways of being and working that our societies so desperately need.
