Every ecosystem needs connective tissue: The Collective is ours.
The Collective is the social hub at the center of World Builders
This is where creators, leaders and movement makers gather to collaborate, share ideas and build alongside one another.
The only way to join The Collective initially is to register for a program within The Academy, or to join The Council.
In other words: Doing the work is your ticket in.
Why? Because this is a space set aside for deliberate, creative and world changing humans. Your commitment matters for you and the people you hope to collaborate with.
Once you’ve completed your first program in full, you’ll be offered a complementary invitation into this highly unique community space for six months. And at every six month mark after, you can opt to stay by paying the low-cost dues that allow us to keep this space running smoothly.
World Builders is a deep and wide ecosystem.
This world we’re building is full of opportunities to learn and grow in small groups, via learning pathways, or during community coaching sessions. But ecosystems cannot thrive without networks – mycelial, deeply linked, mystical and intentional. The Collective is our human root system and it has three functions:
Intelligence Network
In The Collective, we generously share ideas about cutting-edge strategies, new learnings, no-go zones and the tools we’re using that feel aligned with our values. We also share our blocks, belief systems and passions to invite others into our bodies of work.
Matchmaking
When you initially join The Collective, and every 6 months after, you’ll be matched with two World Builders who are on similar or complementary journeys. While it’s up to you how you’d like to maintain those relationships, these links are essential to building belonging and accelerating your career.
Gathering Place
Ask questions, brainstorm ideas and laugh about the absurdities of living a creative life – alongside those who are walking in lock step beside you, on parallel paths towards hope. This is where you come when being a visionary feels heavy, lonely and full of pressure.
What’s included in The Collective?
A private community space
We’ll gather in a tailor-made Circle community that contains both a main meeting room, as well as affinity spaces for folks building specific kinds of businesses or having specific kinds of experiences in the world
Frequent audio lessons on World Building
Learn from Jenni and guest teachers about the coming month’s energy shifts and unique world building strategies or themes that are arising in the group.
HIGH IMPACT SPECIAL PROGRAMMING
Get first dibs on sessions with somatic coaches, ancestral lineage workers, breathing performance practitioners, speaking and book creation wizards, and beyond. These sessions will only be available to members of The Collective at steeply discounted rates. You’ll also get the first invitation to World Builders retreats, immersions and Summits.
The Collective is where the reciprocity we’ve never been taught comes to life, one connection at a time.
It’s a place to show up when you need a steady hand – and a space that will accept you if you need to take a break from the wilds of the internet, too. Everything here moves with an ebb and flow that’s attuned with the seasons.
Relationality, kindness and genuine human connection will always be the reminders we need of why we do this work in the first place.
