The Collective is where creators, leaders and movement makers gather to collaborate, share ideas and build alongside one another.

Here, we’re invested in bringing ancient ways of gathering back into everyday life, especially for those of us who’ve never thrived in linear structures.

In The Collective, we prioritize:

  • Sacred circles as a way to share insight, witness one another, and come up with innovative solutions;

  • Ceremony and rites of passage as learning structures to help us face our shadows and make meaning from them;

  • Seasonal, cyclical living as an invitation into our humanity and a reminder to connect with nature, to whole ourselves and embrace non-extractive approaches to growth;

  • Collective resourcing and support as core tenants to how we support one another, because money is only one form of value;

  • Vocation as a key point of study because it helps us build our gifts, life experiences and desires into a coherent map of community stewardship;

  • Energy management and coherence, plus a reminder that intuition, whimsy and imagination are the whole damn thing, to help us stay in community while also owning our own journeys.

Our goal as a community is to create a village-style model of support – to introduce you to incredible creative humans who can assist your growth as much as you assist theirs, and to tend to that ache of loneliness many of us carry.

We gather because we believe something better is possible for our society, and because we know that our evolution begins by practicing new (and often ancient) ways of being.

What’s included in The Collective:

  • A vibrant gathering space hosted on Circle to share your wins, your work and your growth edges, with specific affinity rooms for your world building archetype, boards for asks and offers, and resource & promotion sharing opportunities.

  • Our member directory is designed to help you find support, connection and collaboration with the right people, plus connective support from our community steward.

  • Shout outs and features in the World Builders Collective newsletter and on our social media accounts. You’ll also have opportunities to promote your work within the Collective community as well.

  • Once or twice per month, you’ll be invited to join world building workshops led by members. Our workshop application process is open to all members!

  • A few times per month, we’ll spend 60-90 minutes together in accountability sessions bookended by socialization and lightly facilitated connection. Meet great people AND get some heads-down work time in.

  • Get match-made with 5-6 other humans of the same or complementary building archetypes to discuss how your work is moving in the world. You’ll mind meld on marketing, money, strategic building, emotional growth and beyond.

  • Join monthly ritual, rite of passage and clearing sessions with WB founder Jenni Gritters designed to help you settle, learn and ease into ritual, all while acknowledging seasonal shifts.

  • Bring your creative work and visions (of any kind!) to share with your fellow members in an open-mic style session each season.

  • Set up a “booth” and sell your wares to the Collective, with special discounts for members and opportunities for work swaps as well. All members come planning to invest in some way!
