The Initiation
In this 4-week World Builders immersion, you’ll learn how to let your soul lead your life and work, rather than continually forcing yourself into other people’s expectations and structures, or into identities that no longer fit.

You know how to follow the rules society handed to you. But those rules are starting to chafe, and they’re no longer giving you the results that were promised.
The new edge – the one that actually creates the ease, connection, creativity and impact you’re seeking – isn’t about listening to other people’s rules or needs. It’s about listening to yourself.
You have a unique energetic make up that perfectly positions you to be of service to the world in a very clear way. And when you’re living against this design, the only way to get through it is to push, fight and force. This is the “old” way of moving: Suffering as a sign of goodness.
When you begin to live in alignment with your unique design, everything changes. You start to create results from a place of surrender, support, joy, play and collaboration. And you get to slow down – actually find rest, actually feel held – in the process.
In The Initiation, you’ll learn to begin listening to your soul and your intuitive gifts.
You’ll define what those gifts are, learn what kind of schedule and environment supports your gifts best, experiment with creating protective boundaries that keep you safe, and experiment with taking sacred action.
What changes during The Initiation
Over the next four weeks, you’ll move…
From building a life around what you can do, to building a life around what you’re uniquely here to do.
From tending to everyone else’s needs first, to tending to your own needs so you’re resourced enough to be of service.
From creating results based on sheer force of will, to moving into co–creation with the universe and the people around you.
From action driven by obligation, to action driven by joy, inspiration, intuition and love.
From mental spirals and a struggle to make decisions, to clear information received via intuition and your body.
From panic and urgency, to learning right timing as the art of self-tending.
From uncertainty about how you can best help your community, to clarity about what you’re here to do and why.
Walk away with clarity on your intuitive gifts, tools for using them and protecting your energy, next steps for integrating those gifts into your daily life, and a clear sense of what path is calling you forward. Plus, a deeply supportive cohort of kindred spirits who will help you feel like you finally, after all this time, belong exactly as you are.
The goal isn’t to “fix” you. The goal is to support you as you become MORE you, with all the natural gifts you’ve had since the day you showed up in this earth experiment.
The Initiation is for you if:

2 office hour sessions led by Jenni to get intuitive and strategic support related to your gifts and soul’s direction
1 private community space in Circle for sharing, asking questions and supporting your cohort members
