World Builders: Client Coaching & Strategic Consulting Agreement
Coaching involves partnering together in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires you to maximize your personal and professional potential. Consulting involves receiving suggestions and strategic ideation support for your business. Below is an agreement to help us both get the most out of our experience together.
By signing up for coaching and consulting work with Jenni Gritters, you are agreeing to the following terms:
I am committed to creating a coaching alliance with Jenni Gritters (“the coach”).
The coach agrees to hold all content of the sessions completely confidential. As the client, I commit to creating a successful alliance that supports me in reaching my business and life goals.
I agree to shape the coaching relationship to best meet my needs by:
Sharing what I know about my own motivations at the outset of the relationship;
Being clear about my needs and goals at the outset of each session;
Co-designing structures that will support me;
Asking for changes if the coaching strategy is not working.
I give my coach permission to:
Challenge me with powerful questions;
Suggest that I take action regarding things that I identify as important to me;
Hold me accountable for taking actions I commit to;
Provide inquiries for me to consider.
I agree to the following business arrangements:
The services to be provided by the coach to me, the client, are coaching, as designed jointly with me. Coaching, which is not advice, therapy, or counseling, may address specific personal projects, business ventures, or general conditions of my life or profession.
Coaching packages cost between $199 and $2000+
Refunds will not be issued, once the client has paid. If the coaching strategy is not working, the client is responsible for bringing the issue to the coach, so they may come to a mutually beneficial agreement about how to proceed. See Jenni’s full refund and termination policy below.
Payment is due up front for all services rendered, unless otherwise agreed upon via a payment plan.
Clients are responsible for taking notes during sessions.
All Zoom sessions are recorded and will be shared following the session.
Certain packages include support via Voxer and email. This support includes asks for feedback on documents, answers to business and mindset-related questions, andproviding accountability as the client accomplishes work-related tasks. The coach reserves the right to take up to 72 hours to respond to these asks for feedback, or more during a non-traditional work week or weekend.
I agree to the following scheduling items:
If I am late for a session, my session will be shortened. If I am more than 15 minutes late, my session will be forfeited.
To the best of my ability, I will reschedule any session at least 24 hours in advance. (Jenni acknowledges that life happens and is willing to be flexible, but please do your best to give advance notice when possible.)
Our Refund Policy
Your satisfaction with your Program, Product or Service is important to us. Yet, because of the extensive time, effort, preparation and care that goes into creating and/or providing our Programs, Products, Services and Program Materials, we have a no refund policy. Unless otherwise provided by law, you acknowledge that we do not offer refunds for any portion of your payment for any of our Programs, Products, and Services, and no refunds will be provided to you at any time. By using and/or purchasing any of our Programs, Products, Services or Program Materials, you understand and agree that all sales are final and no refunds will be provided.
Our Termination Policy
You have the right to terminate your use of or participation in our Programs, Products or Services at any time by sending an email to hello@theworldbuilders.co. You will be required to submit your request for termination within 10 days of your next upcoming payment in order to alter that transaction. If a client elects to exit a signed contract period early, client will be provided with a buy-out agreement at 50% of the remaining sum owed per the contractual agreement. All termination or downgrade requests will be honored providing these terms are met. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to refuse or terminate your access to our Programs, Products, Services or Program Materials, in full or in part, at any time, without notice, by sending you an email to the e-mail address you provided upon purchase of the Program, Product or Service. In the event of cancellation or termination by either of us, you will have 24 hours to pay any and all remaining payments or balances that are owed to us. Upon termination by either of us, we reserve the right to immediately refuse or terminate your access to any aspect of our Programs, Products, Services and/or our Program Materials, including but not limited to our Website, private forum, e-mail communications, Facebook groups, live webinars or conference calls, or any other method of communications related to ourPrograms, Products, Services or Program Materials at any time without notice and in our sole discretion. All of the terms of this Terms of Use, including but not limited to all copyright, trademark, and intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, release of claims, and our Refund Policy will still apply now and in the future, even after termination by you or us.
In conclusion:
I understand that I am working with Jenni Gritters for business coaching at the agreed fee. Coaching is distinctly different from counseling, psychotherapy or psychoanalysis and does not deal with the diagnosis or treatment of emotional problems. Because coaching does not constitute medical consultation or treatment, health insurance does not apply. These fees may be considered reimbursable professional development or a deductible business expenses.
I have read and agreed to the above commitment.
