We have a mix of arrangements but each guide runs their own independent business. They've been vetted and approved by the World Builders team, but they set their own rates, processes, and boundaries. In some cases, they get paid via World Builders. In others, we have referral arrangements set up. We believe in bespoke solutions for people with varying business set ups and perspectives.
