Inside The Initiation, you’ll spend four weeks stabilizing your financial foundation, both structurally and psychologically.
The goal isn’t scale; it’s steadiness. Over the course of our time together, you’re likely to begin generating cash in a whole new way. And we love that — but what do we love more? The fact that your nervous system will finally be on board to un-grip from survival mode.
Over 4 weeks, we repair and rebuild your inner and outer wealth architecture.
What we’ll work on together:
Clean wealth foundations.
First, we redefine wealth on your terms. Then we audit your current revenue reality:
Where is money leaking?
Where is it inconsistent?
Where are you undercharging, over-delivering, or avoiding?
From there, we design simple, stabilizing revenue pathways that align with your vision and your capacity, not hustle culture.
You’ll leave this phase with:
Intentions set for bringing your money into integrity, with intuition and creativity in the mix as well
A clear sense of what needs to shift if you want to change your relationship with wealth
The 5 Wealth Grips.

These patterns don’t disappear when you make more money — they intensify. So before we scale anything, we identify which grips are driving your financial wobbles. Then we install antidotes for each as part of your regular routine. This is where your nervous system comes into the picture.

Awareness of your dominant money patterns (and how they tie into your ancestral lineage)
Regulation tools for when income fluctuates
A more neutral relationship to earning and holding cash

This is where we get tactical — because once your nervous system is settled, the only thing left is to make sure that you’re being as clear as possible about how you help people.

Your offers (Are they clearly explained? Priced correctly? Necessary?)
Your sales pathway (Is it simple? Or confusing? Are you scared to speak up about your offer’s value — and do you even know what the value of your offer is?)
Your marketing signals (Are you inviting people to buy clearly, in a way that works for you?)

Hello, I'm so glad you're here. I'm Jenni Gritters, I am the founder of World Builders, coach, strategist, intuitive, author, mama, woods walker, I live out in the woods…and I am so excited that you are here, expressing interest in The Initiation.
The initiation is our classic 4-week stabilization program. Now, if you have not gone through The Reckoning, which is our diagnostic masterclass, I'm gonna pop a little button below. I would love for you to go listen to that training. That training is going to help you diagnose which season that you're in in your business: stabilization or accumulation. It's gonna help you understand where in the World Builder's ecosystem you can best step into your financial power, because I want that for all of you.
But different seasons require different things. So, in The Initiation, we are spending 4 weeks together, deep diving into stabilization principles and practices. We are looking at inner architecture: Your soul, your beliefs, your wealth grips, the way that you are gripping on money, on old stories about money.
We're looking at the stories you're telling about wealth and how it's different from money, how a person like you can't have money, all the things that you've brought with you from your conditioning. That is week one.
Weeks two through four, we are focusing on the outer architecture, which is the containers that you have, the processes you have and the systems that you have.
So, when you are not generating enough revenue in your business, and you feel unstable, it is typically because there is something wobbly happening in that outer architecture, and there's something going on with your inner architecture, your beliefs, your nervous system, your grips.
I refuse to teach stabilization without teaching both. So we will do both, but we are really going to focus on the action element. We are going to focus on taking action, we are going to do a diagnostic where we help you look at which of those outer architecture elements, your containers, your sales, your messaging, your pricing, your systems, which of those things are wobbling right now, and we're gonna make a few tiny tweaks, we're gonna simplify things, and we're gonna start you off selling, so that you can actually generate revenue in real-time while you're in this program.
If you do not have a solid financial foundation, you can't actually expand.
And I know, if you're on this page, that you are a cyclical, seasonal, multi-passionate, neurodivergent, creative human who has probably been told that you are not the kind of person who can have money because of the work you do, because of the way your brain moves.
