Inside The Initiation, you’ll spend eight weeks stabilizing your financial foundation — both structurally and psychologically.

The goal isn’t scale; it’s steadiness. Over the course of our time together, you’ll generate cash quickly — but in a way your nervous system can actually hold.

What we’ll work on together:

Clean wealth foundations.

First, we redefine wealth on your terms. Then we audit your current revenue reality:

  • Where is money leaking?

  • Where is it inconsistent?

  • Where are you undercharging, over-delivering, or avoiding?

From there, we design simple, stabilizing revenue pathways that align with your vision and your capacity, not hustle culture.

You’ll leave this phase with:

  • A realistic income pathway for the next 60 days

  • Cyclical processes that support your financial foundations and goals

  • An invitation to invite your intuition and creativity into the picture

The 5 Wealth Grips.

Shame. Self-doubt. Pressure. Fear. Hiding.

These patterns don’t disappear when you make more money — they intensify. So before we scale anything, we identify which grips are driving your financial wobbles. Then we install antidotes for each as part of your regular routine. This is where your nervous system comes into the picture.

You’ll leave this phase with:

  • Awareness of your dominant money patterns

  • Regulation tools for when income fluctuates

  • A more neutral relationship to earning and holding cash

Coherent Offers & Sales Signals.

Revenue instability is rarely a motivation problem. It’s usually a clarity problem. Together, we’ll audit:

  • Your offers (Are they clear? Priced well? Necessary?)

  • Your sales pathway (Is it simple? Or confusing? Are you scared to speak up about your offer’s value?)

  • Your marketing signals (Are you inviting people to buy — clearly, in a way that works for you?)

We’re not adding more to any of these pieces of your business. Rather, our goal is to simplify.

You’ll leave this phase with:

  • 1–2 tightened core offers

  • A clarified sales pathway

  • A short-term revenue activation plan

Systems That Ground You.

If money has nowhere clean to land, you can be earning well and the process still feels chaotic.

In the final phase of The Initiation, we:

  • Clarify your long-term revenue goals (monthly and annually)

  • Prune unnecessary expenses

  • Set up clean checking/savings flows

  • Build simple tracking systems

  • Create a cash bridge plan if needed

  • We’ll meet on Zoom at 10 am PDT on: June 3, June 10, June 17, June 24, July 1, July 8, July 14, July 22

    Expect to spend about 2-3 hours per week on this program:
    • One live session per week
    • 60–90 minutes of implementation

  • We’ll ask you to book your calls once per month, approximately. Due to the cadence of the program, you’ll want to do your patterning call early on, and your systems build call later. Jenni takes 1-1 calls primarily on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays between 10 am PDT and 4 pm PDT. (If you’re outside of the U.S., you can request additional times.)

    If you’re in Bend, OR you’re also welcome to request an in person meet up! (You can also come to town for your sessions, if you’d like.)

  • All World Builders programs include a mix of these tools:

    • deep imagination/ visualization sessions, which drop you into a theta brain wave state (and encourage brain plasticity)

    • parts work (ie internal family system)

    • nervous system and somatic tools

    • trauma-informed coaching practices

    • cognitive behavioral therapy and belief rewriting practices

    • inspiration from ancient Egyptian priestess lineages

    • content strategy and storytelling approaches learned from dozens of mainstream media publications

    • creative writing and poetry practices

    Jenni pulls from learnings she’s gathered over the years from teachers like Amber Lilyestrom, Camille Craft, The Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching, Simone Grace Seol, David Bedrick, Kara Duvall, and Bucknell University’s Psychology and Creative Writing programs.

  • Absolutely. Our first few sessions will focus on these patterns, grips and ways of dealing with money that keep you feeling shameful and stagnant. Jenni always teaches money in a nervous-system friendly and trauma-informed way.

  • By the end of this program, you will at the very, very least feel much more clear about what grips are getting in your way, what old stories are running the show, and how you can calm those protector parts and stop taking action.

    Beyond that, however, the goal is to walk away feeling not just clear but confident, with new systems, workflows and mindsets that reflect not just the current moment, but the future. These systems should be moving by week 4 of the program, meaning you’ll have at least a month to start generating cash while under Jenni’s coaching.

    (Note: We cannot guarantee that you will earn more money during this program, although it is highly likely. All businesses and nervous systems move at different paces! But we will be all in on our side, equipping you with everything you need to earn this program cost back and then some. You putting in the work to take daily action will make this outcome much more likely as well.)

  • While many members of this cohort will be full-time business owners, that is not necessarily required. Side hustles or non-traditional setups are also welcome!
