Meet your coach & advisor, Jenni Gritters.
Jenni is a visionary, founder, author, coach, intuitive guide and community builder. With the psychic perception of a seer, and the systems knowledge of an architect, Jenni helps you see wild possibilities for your work and life, while also keeping the process rooted in practical action.
Jenni has been been building and operating businesses for 12+ years, most of which have been focused on coaching, content and community. She’s run a content agency for emerging thought leaders, co-hosted a popular podcast that turned into a community & resource library spin up, scaled a coaching business from $4,000 months to $20,000 months in under a year, operated a freelance writing business with clients like The New York Times and REI Co-op, and is currently designing World Builders as a 7-figure, collective leadership-driven organization.
Jenni published her first book, The Sustainable Solopreneur, in 2025, and is currently at work on a second book about money and wealth. Before going into business for herself, she spent 10+ years as a journalist writing about psychology, e-commerce and audience behavior.
Jenni is an adept intuitive guide, with clairaudient and clairvoyant skillsets, and an ability to channel large bodies of work. She was raised fundamentalist evangelical and left organized religion in college, which impacts her aversion to dogma across all industries. She often scores off-the-charts for imagination and openness, alongside organization and systems thinking.
When you work with Jenni as a coach and advisor, you benefit from her background in community building, storytelling, psychology, business strategy, and designing strategic partnerships. Her style is direct, momentum-driven, intuitive and empathetic. When any new body of work comes into the world, Jenni believes it must be honored and treated with respect. While she loves building businesses, her favorite work is helping you shift your relationship to wealth and your own power — which typically shows up as a result of shifting your business, given that your business is a mirror. As a coach, she has walked hundreds of people through this same transformation.
She brings to the process a bachelors in psychology and creative writing; a masters in communication; a yoga and meditation certification; a trauma-informed coaching certification with an energy management focus; and continuing education related to business, wealth building, the nervous system and psychology.

In a word: Intuitive AND strategic. Her gene keys title is “the practical visionary.” She’s known for sensing the thing you’re afraid to say out loud, and bringing it into the open.
Jenni’s best explanation of her coaching approach is this: When she’s coaching you, she sees the future version of you immediately. And when Jenni show up to coach that person, we get to collapse time and powerfully move you into the future right now.
Jenni also believes that you are the expert in your life and she is the expert of the coaching and strategic advisory process, so she takes a collaborative approach to this work. You’re building something together.
While the world might encourage you to trust external rules and strategies, Jenni believes that you already know so much about what’s best for you. She will constantly re-orient you towards your own authentic, truth-filled insights as a recipe for sustainable growth.

Great question! Both use similar processes but they endeavor to address different things.
Therapy is right for you if you’re dealing with old patterns and memories that keep you from moving forward. Mental health struggles (like anxiety, depression and chronic burnout), addictions, and traumas are best addressed by a trained therapist.
Coaching uses psychological practices similar to therapy but in service of moving you from functional to optimal. During a coaching session, we focus on the present moment and we’re always working toward an outcome. You’ll walk away from the session with a clear idea of what to do next. We will occasionally deal with situations and relationships from your past, but in service of helping you move forward. Growth is the goal!

Jenni has a bachelors degree from Bucknell University in psychology, and a masters degree in communications (with a focus on magazine and science journalism) from Boston University.
She was full-time editor at MedTech Boston, Upworthy and Wirecutter (New York Times) before being laid off in 2018, then launching her own freelance writing business.
Since then, Jenni has run four more businesses: A coaching company; a community-driven organization based on a popular podcast; an agency; and World Builders.
In 2018, she completed a 200-hour training in meditation and yoga with Sendatsu Evolution, and in January 2022, she completed an 18-month professional coach training with IPEC, which is an International Coaching Federation (ICF)-accredited program. Jenni is a CPC (certified professional coach) and an ICF member.
She also trains constantly, and has completed financial trainings with Kate Northrup; scoped out brand copy writing trainings with Simone Grace Seol; done deep marketing, branding and soul work with Amber Lilyestrom; and attended workshops and intensives on communing with the soul of your work with Nisha Moodley. She now studies ritual and wealth re-patterning under Camille Craft. She has undergone two guided plant medicine journeys, which profoundly changed her life.
Jenni reads deeply about somatic work, trauma, neurodivergence, caregiving, attention, accountability, motivation, psychology, and beyond.

Jenni specializes in working with service-based entrepreneurs who are building content and community-focused enterprises. She works mostly with online entrepreneurs, but has also supported folks with brick-and-mortar shops or in-person communities on occasion. In the past, common businesses she’s worked with have included agencies, solopreneur businesses, communities and memberships, and creator businesses. She’s also partnered with coaches, therapists, movement professionals, consultants, fractionals, and folks who want to center their art (painting, music, poetry, novel writing).
